摘要
针对国内柴油发电机组自动化控制的现状与要求,提出基于TMS320F2812为核心器件的系统设计方案.通过F2812内置的模数转换模块采集柴油发电机的各输入模拟量进行分析处理,实现其运行状态监测和控制.对柴油发电机调速系统进行了研究,在速度控制器中引入了自抗扰PID控制方法.仿真结果表明,该控制系统结构紧凑、运行可靠,动态特性较好,有较高的精度,可广泛应用于柴油发电机控制系统.
According to the present situation and requirements of the diesel generator automation in China, a new design scheme for generator control system based on the device of TMS320F2812 was proposed. Input analog signals of diesel generator were acquired by F2812 built-in A/D module, to analysis and treatment of output operation. Executive control function to realize the monitoring and control diesel generator operation state; study on the speed control system in diesel generating set. It adopts auto-disturbanee resistant PID control to realize the invariable rotate speed. Simulation results indicates this controller has compact size, simple and reliable operation, and higher control precision. Meanwhile, it can be widely used in generating set automation system.
