摘要
环亚胺(Cyclic imines,CIs)毒素是一种"快速作用毒素",通过小鼠腹腔注射迅速致死。不仅存在于藻毒素中,贝类自身代谢也可产生,给水产品质量安全带来严重威胁。本文就该毒素的化学组分与结构、生物转化、致毒机理、分析方法等国内外最新研究进展和政策变化进行系统的论述,提出我国的应对措施,为我国的赤潮监控和贝类安全监测提供资料参考。
Cyclic imines (CIs) are a recently discovered group of marine biotoxins characterized by their fast acting toxicity, inducing a characteristic rapid death in the intraperitoneal mouse bioassay. Some of these toxins are not only present in algae but also result from metabolism within the shellfish, which lead to great threat to the quality and safety of aquatic products. An extensive review of different aspects of cyclic imines were presented including chemical structures, toxin transformation, mechanism of action and analytical methods of the toxins, which could provide proposed measures to the monitoring of red tide and shellfish safety.
