摘要
粮食安全战略在我国经济发展中占有重要地位。对我国粮食政策进行了梳理,试图找出我国粮食价格存在的问题。指出我国粮食价格调控既要尊重市场规律,又要紧紧围绕农业发展、农民增收的目标,并提出了相关建议。
Food security strategy plays an important role in China＇ s economic development. The paper sorts out China＇ s grain policy based on an analysis of food prices and farmers＇ incomes. It conducts a comparative analysis of the policies and measures that support food prices in the United States and Japan and tries to figure out the problems concerning China＇ s grain prices. Then the paper points out that China＇ s grain price regulation must be implemented by respecting the laws of the market and focusing closely on the goals of developing agriculture and increasing farmers＇ income. Some proposals are put forward as well.
