摘要
高校学报编辑的职业素养是一个综合能力的体现,在栏目设置、审稿校对等方面可以体现编辑的功力和水平。基于编辑职业素养的养成、编辑职业素养面临的困境和编辑职业素养的修炼,围绕着编辑的价值认同、职业认同等方面对编辑的职业素养作了初步探讨。
