摘要
借鉴Kauffman的NK模型思想,构建引入关系强度的扩展NK仿真模型,分析项目团队的适应性.研究表明:项目团队成员的数量(N)、成员之间的相互作用关系(K),以及成员之间的关系强度(F)是影响项目团队适应性的主要因素.其中N,K的增加将导致团队适应性先增后减,而随着关系强度的增加,项目团队的适应性有提高的趋势.
Based on Kauffman′s NK model is adapted to build simulation model,the generalized NK simulation model is established to analyze project team adaptability.The results show that number of members in project team（N）,relationship between members（K） and the strength of relationship（F） are main factors which influence the adaptability,which introduces the strength of relationship.The increment of N and K increases the adaptability initially,and then decrease the adaptability;the increment of F increases the adaptability.
