摘要
车内噪声作为评价汽车NVH(Noise Vibration and Harshness)特性的重要指标,越来越受到各大汽车企业关注,降低汽车车内噪声已成为国内外相关科技工作者的研究目标。文章从车内噪音的传播方式及控制手段出发,通过对不同吸/隔音材料性能的研究,了解了声学材料在车内使用的基本方式,并将此研究结果应用于奇瑞某款车型,取得了较好的实际效果。
As an important indicator in evaluating the automotive NVH characteristic(Noise, Vibration and Harshness), the vehicle interior noise has aroused more and more concern from automobile enter- prises, and how to reduce the vehicle interior noise has become the research target of the scientists and engineers both at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of transmission mode and control method of the vehicle interior noise, the funclion characteristics of different sound and soundproof materials are described and the basic panern of using acoustic material inside the vehicle is obtained. The study re- sults are applied to a certain type of Chery automobile and the vehicle interior noise declines.
