摘要
作为学术同行评议的前提与基础,学术共同体是学者自己的社团组织,它的形成与发展经历了一个从初级到高级、从简单到复杂、从单一到混合等不同的的历史阶段。一个没有学术共同体的同行评议是不存在的。同样,科学合理的同行评议活动也是学术共同体健康发展的有力保障。
As the foundation of peer review, the academic community is an organization of scholars themselves. About the formation and development, the academic community experienced some historical phases from elementary to senior, from simple to complicated and from single to blend. There is no peer review system without the academic community. Likewise, the scientific and reasonable peer review activity can guarantee strongly the healthy development of the academic community.
