摘要
教研室是高校教科研实施的基本单元,也是高校管理的基层实体组织。试从教研室的功能分析入手,指出当前高职院校教研室建设存在的问题,并以陕西工业职业技术学院为例,提出解决问题的途径。
Teaching and research office is the basic unit to carry out the scientific research for a university. And it is the primary management entity in colleges and universities. This article analyzed the functions of the teaching an.d research office, And it points out the problems in the construction of teaching and research office. It proposed an effective solution to resolve the problem in light of the experiences of Shanxi Higher Vocational College.
