摘要
基于十七届四中全会提出的"提高党的建设科学化水平"的重大命题,以浙江农林大学二级学院为党建基本单元,结合领导班子换届竞聘,从班子建设的理论依据、首要任务、复杂性与长期性三个维度,揭示领导班子建设是"提高党的建设科学化水平"显示度和衡量科学化水平的标杆。
Based on the major proposition ＂Improving the Scientific Level of Party Construction＂ posed at the plenary session of the seventeen Central Committee, this paper treats the secondary colleges of Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University as a basic unit of party construction, and studies the leadership election of this unit, revealing that leading group construction is the display signal of ＂improving the scientific level of Party building＂ and the benchmarking of its scientific level.
