动脉溶栓联合Solitaire AB型支架取栓术治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效观察 被引量：13

摘要 目的观察动脉溶栓联合Solitaire AB型支架取栓术治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析2010年1月—2011年10月我院神经内科收治的动脉溶栓联合Solitaire AB型支架取栓术治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者8例,若治疗后残余狭窄率≥50%则同时行支架成形术。分析其即时取栓效果,术后出血情况,比较患者治疗前后神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分及预后情况。结果 (1)6例患者经l～3次取栓后动脉均获得再通,对其中4例有残余狭窄者联合使用球囊扩张支架成形术;(2)6例患者术后3～7d复查颅脑MRI,均未见脑梗死灶扩大。(3)患者出院时NIHSS评分较入院时降低2～16分。结论动脉溶栓联合Solitaire AB型支架取栓术治疗急性缺血性脑卒中是相对安全、有效的,患者预后良好。
