摘要
目的探讨急诊抢救服用精神药物过量者的护理对策。方法总结53例急诊抢救的服用过量精神药物而企图自杀者的救治经验及护理对策。结果 51例患者经急诊抢救及进一步专科治疗后康复出院,2例死亡。结论急诊抢救服用精神药物过量者要做到及时有效,并做好心理干预。
Objective To explore the nursing strategy of taking psyehotropie drug overdose in the emgeney. Methods The treatment experience and the nursing strategy of 53 eases of taking psyehotropie drug overdose aimed to suicide were sum- marized. Results After the emgency and speeialized treatment, 51 patients were discharged, two patients were died. Conclu- sion The emgeney treatment of taking psychotropie drug overdose shoud be timely and effective, and the psychological interven- tion is also very important.
