摘要
基于用低密度射流对付带壳炸药,使其穿而不爆,从而为后级主射流侵彻主目标清除障碍的设想,提出了用低密度材料作为成型装药药型罩材料。利用有限元AUTODYN-2D程序对该药型罩形成聚能射流进行了数值模拟,并对射流侵彻不同面板、背板以及夹层炸药厚度的带壳炸药时,夹层炸药是否起爆进行了对比分析。结果表明:夹层炸药穿而不爆的压力阈值为7.09GPa,冲击起爆的压力阈值为8.02GPa。
Based on the idea that shelled explosive was penetrated but not detonated by using low-densi- ty jet, which cleared away barrier for latter main jet penetrating main target, the shaped charge liner made of low-density material was put forward. The finite element AUTODYN-2D program was applied to simu- late the shaped charge jet formed by the shaped charge liner, whether the sandwich explosive was detona- ted or not was analyzed when the jet penetrated shelled explosive in different aspects such as panel, hack- plane and the thickness of sandwich explosive. The results showed that the pressure threshold was 7.09GPa when it was penetrated but not detonated, and the pressure threshold was 8.02GPa when it was detonated.
