摘要
清华大学住房档案管理信息系统的建设,依据住房档案的特点,实现了卷内目录和纸质档案的电子化目标,并与楼宇、使用者等信息相结合,可以多维度、多线索进行档案的综合检索和利用,使档案管理从封闭型、半封闭型转变为开放型,提高了档案服务与管理的效率和水平。
The Housing Archives Management Information System of Tsinghua University has achieved the goal of electronic informationization of volume directories and paper documents based on the characteristics of the housing archives. The comprehensive searching and utilization can be conducted by using the system integrated with the information of housing and users, which has transformed the management from closeness or semicloseness to openness and enhanced the efficiency and excellence level of housing archives.
