摘要
专业设置是高职学校建设的基础工作,也是一项关系到学校生存、发展和声誉的重大课题。文章针对目前高职院校专业设置中存在的问题,分析了专业设置和满足需求、促进就业、保持稳定、适应发展间的关系;提出拓宽专业口径、更新课程内容、强化能力培养的专业改造方法;总结了专业调整的要点、新专业开发需要考虑的因素和停招专业的处理方法;最后给出了专业调整的5种策略。
The specialty set-up is not only the based preparation for a vocational school, but also a major issue related to survival, development and reputation of a school. Aiming at the problems during the specialty set-up of vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the relationship between specialty set-up, demand satisfying, employment promoting, stability keeping and development adapting; proposes to broaden the specialty caliber, update the curriculums and strengthen professional transformation of capacity-building; summarizes the main points of specialty adjustment, factors to be considered during the new specialties development and treatment measures for the specialty which has stopped enrollment, and gives five strategies for specialty adjustment finally.
