摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱分析法(XRF)在线检测加碘食盐中的碘含量,将其特征谱线强度对应的电流转换成与碘含量成线性关系的数字电信号送入计算机,该信号与预先存入计算机的标准信号比较,产生的误差信号作为控制量对添加碘液的电磁阀进行调节,使食盐中的碘含量始终保持在规定范围之内。从真正意义上实现食盐生产中的碘含量的闭环控制。
The X-ray fluorescent spectrum analysis method(XRF)is used to detect the content of iodium in the salt online. The current correspond to the intensity of the characteristic diagram would convert to the electric signal with the linear relation to the iodium mass ratio in the computer. The signal would be compared with the standard signal stored in the computer , then the error signal will adjust the electromagnetic valve that controls the mass ratio of iodium liquid as the controlling. The iodium content in the salt will be kept in the standard range. The closed-loop controlling of the iodium content in the salt producing will be realized in the end.
