摘要
培养优秀核类大学生是关系到国家发展战略重大问题,是关系到我国原子能工业发展的全局大事。该文从加强专业内涵建设、加强核类人才梯队建设、注重外部研究3个方面,对如何培养优秀的核技术类优秀人才进行探讨,对新时期培养优秀核类大学生、扎实推进核学科建设有重要的参考意义。
Cultivating excellent students of nuclear technology is related to the national development strategy of major issues, and is related to the overall situation of the development of atomic energy industry. It is discussed from the follwing three aspects：（1） strengthening the construction of professional connotation, （2） strengthening the construction of nuclear technological talent echelon, and （3） paying attention to external studies. In the new period of training excellent nuclear professional students, it has important reference significance for solidly pushing on the nuclear discipline construction.
