摘要
目前,融资难题已成为影响我国中小企业发展的瓶颈,因此需要通过从政府层面对多层次的资本市场进行融资创新。文章通过对德国政府成功解决中小企业融资难题各项措施的分析,可以针对我国资本市场和中小企业特点,提出促进我国中小企业融资的建议。
The German government always supports the small and medium-sized enterprise （SMEs）, especially provides special financing preferential measures, which make them fast recover and obtain new lives in the recent global financial crisis. At present, the financing problems have become the bottleneck to China SMEs＇ development, so we need the multi-level capital market financing innovation in the government level. By analyzing the German government＇s preferential measures and policy to solve financing problems, we put forward advices to promote our SMEs＇ financing according to their characteristics.
