摘要
大型工程项目周期长、投资高、风险大、技术工艺复杂,遭受雷击的可能性及危害程度大,科学的雷电灾害风险评估可以有效的预防雷电风险,是平衡防雷设施投资及减少雷电灾害损失的重要手段。文章对大型工程项目进行了分析,从评估对象的角度讨论大型工程项目进行雷电灾害风险评估的步骤,从而得出结论:大型项目应按功能分区讨论,每一区域宜选用综合整体评估与突出重点单体评估相结合的方法。
Due to the long period, high cost, big risk and complicated techniques, large engineering projects deserve lightning stroke with high possibility and great degree. Scientific risk assessment for lightning disaster can effectively prevent lightning risk, which is the important means for balancing investing mine facilities and reducing lightning losses. This paper analyzes the large engineering project and discusses the steps of risk assessment for lightning disaster from perspective of evaluation objects. The conclusions show that the large engineering project should be discussed according to function partition, and every partition should be combined methods of comprehensive whole assessment and intensive individual assessment.
