86例股疝手术治疗的回顾性分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的总结股疝手术治疗的经验。方法对86例股疝的临床资料进行回顾性分析。86例均行手术治疗,其中急诊手术46例,择期手术40例;单纯疝囊高位结扎6例,Cooper韧带修补法3例,网塞填充法18例,Mcvay法6例,Lichtenstein手术45例,腹腔镜下全腹膜外疝修补术(TEP)8例。结果术中发现股环嵌顿78例,无嵌顿8例;大网膜嵌顿26例,小肠嵌顿23例,9例需要行肠部分切除术。术后随访2个月至4.5a,围手术期死亡2例。单纯疝囊高位结扎患者6例术后,1例择期行Lichtenstein手术,1例择期行腹腔镜下全腹膜外疝修补术,2例未及时随诊,因为直疝再次住院行手术,2例失访,其余患者无术后并发症。结论早期、正确诊断并手术可以有效治疗股疝,Lichtenstein手术能避免股疝复发及新发腹股沟疝,是合理的股疝修补术式。
