自制三维定位器在经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的了解自制三维定位器结合术前CT定位测量在经皮穿刺腰椎间切吸术中的意义。方法术前通过CT定位测量,确定穿刺点、穿刺角度及穿刺深度,术中根据测量的参数利用自制的三维定位器行经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术,治疗腰椎间盘突出症68例。结果平均穿刺次数为(18.2±0.5)次,优良率为92.6%,无1例有不良反应。结论自制三维定位器结合术前CT定位测量行经皮穿刺腰椎间切吸术可有效提高穿刺成功率,从而提高经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸术的疗效,减少并发症发生。
