摘要
目的观察艾迪注射液联合EOF方案化疗治疗转移性或无法手术的进展期胃癌患者的疗效、毒副反应及对生活质量的影响。方法将50例不能手术或转移性的晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组25例,采用艾迪注射液联合化疗;对照组25例,单纯化疗。评价两组患者有效率、毒副反应及生活质量。结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为52%和40%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组血液及非血液毒性均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 EOF加用艾迪注射液治疗晚期胃癌可以提高近期疗效,降低毒副反应,改善生活质量。
Objective To observe Addie injection combined with EOF regimen chemotherapy in treatment of metastatic and uiresectable in advanced gastric carcinoma patients with curative effect, adverse reaction and effect on quality of life. Methods 50 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group of 25 cases, with Addle injection combined chemotherapy;25 cases in the control group, chemotherapy alone. Compared with efficiency, toxicity and quality of life. Results The treatment group and the control group with efficiencies were respectively 52% and 40%, there were no significant differences between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Hematologic and non-hematologic toxicity in treatment group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The treatment group quality of life improved significantly（P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion EOF injection in treatment of advanced gastric cancer with Addle can improve curative effect, reduce side reaction, improve the quality of life.
