摘要
阐述网络群体性事件的特点和形成原因,分析在网络群体性事件的预防和处置过程中存在的问题并提出相应对策,使网络群体性事件的应对机制依法运行,网民在维护社会公平正义的同时也应遵守法律。
Abstract： We elaborate the characteristic and the reasons of the network group incidents, analysis on the problems and remedies of network group incidents＇ prevention and disposal process. In order to run smoothly the coping mechanism of net-work group incidents according to the law, at the same time, the internet users should abide by law while safeguarding social fairness and justice.
