摘要
俄罗斯入世为中俄两国贸易带来了巨大的机遇,黑龙江省外贸一直对俄罗斯市场存在着较强的依赖性,双方边境贸易一直保持着平稳、快速增长,但同时也存在出口产品结构不合理、规模企业少、资金和专业人才短缺等问题。在新形势下,黑龙江省边境贸易企业应抢抓机遇,增强危机意识,把握战略机遇,不断壮大企业规模,以促进对俄边境贸易健康、快速发展。
It has brought tremendous opportunities to Sino - Russia trade after Russia entered the WTO. Heilongjiang province＇ s foreign trade has strong dependence on the Russia market. Border trade has maintained steady, fast growth. But there are al-so some problems such as irrational structure of export products, lack of scale enterprises, funds and professional personnel. In the new situation, border trade enterprises should seize the opportunity, enhance crisis consciousness, expand the scale of enter-prises, in order to promote the fast, healthy development of the border trade with Russia.
