摘要
针对激励与约束机制的基本含义,深入分析了新型军械装备军民一体化维修保障的各组成要素、各方需求和保障的各个阶段,综合运用博弈论中纳什均衡等方法建立激励和约束机制并加以运用,使得在装备维修保障中谋求最佳的军事效益和经济利益,确保新型军械装备军民一体化维修保障的顺利运行。
In the light of the basic meaning of the incentive and restraint mechanisms, this paper analyses all the elements, needs and security at various stages of civil-military integrating maintenance and support for new ordnance repair and establish and apply the incentive and constraint mechanism with Nash equilibrium in game theory for seeking the best military and economic benefit in equipment repair and maintenance to ensure the armaments civil-military integrating maintenance and support of new ordnance repair running smoothly.
