摘要
分析了内置式永磁同步电机集中绕组时的转矩谐波特性,对转矩脉动的谐波反电动势和齿槽转矩进行了有限元分析,采用快速傅里叶变换对转矩谐波成分进行了证明。提出采用转子铁心q轴方向开槽口以及直线定子齿面的新设计方法来削弱转矩脉动和转矩谐波,通过在不同的控制策略下进行非线性有限元分析,对获得的数据进行分析后证明了该方法的有效性。
Analysis was made to torque harmonic characteristics of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor with concentrated winding. Analysis to nonlinear finite element was carried out for back electromotive force harmonics and cogging torque of torque ripples. Fast Fourier transform were adopted to testify torque harmonic components. This paper raised a new design method adopting rotor iron core to make open let along the spine direction and the linear stator tooth face to reduce and weaken torque ripples and har- monics. Via analysis to nonlinear finite element of different control strategies, the obtained data verified the validity of this method.
