摘要
目的:探讨优质护理对手外伤患者的应用价值。方法:将140例手外伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者入住手外1病区,对照组患者入住手外2病区,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施优质护理。分别在入院第4天比较2组患者的焦虑、恐惧、忧郁等心理状况及在出院时比较2组患者对护理工作的满意度情况。结果:观察组患者的焦虑、恐惧、忧郁的发生率明显低于对照组,而患者满意度明显高于对照组。结论:优质护理能明显减轻手外伤患者的焦虑﹑恐惧﹑忧郁等心理状况;提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective： To explore the value of quality nursing for patients with hand injury. Method： All 140 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in observation group were in first section of hand injury and control group in second section. Observation group received quality nursing. Mental condition of patients at the forth day and degree of satisfaction to nursing were compared respectively with the time they left hospital. Result： Mental conditions of patients in observation group were obviously lower than that of control group while degrees of satisfaction were higher than that of control group. Conclusion： Quality nursing can ease mental conditions of patients and improve degree of satisfaction.
