摘要
目的:观察补肾壮筋汤辨证论治肾虚腰痛的临床疗效。方法:将符合病例选择标准的90例肾虚腰痛患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例。治疗组给予补肾壮筋汤治疗,1剂/d,水煎分服。对照组给予氯唑沙宗片,2片/次,4次/d,内服;布洛芬,0.4 g/次,4次/d,内服。2组均以治疗10天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组显效30例,占66.67%;有效12例,占26.67%;无效3例,占6.67%;总有效率93.37%。对照组显效15例,占33.33%;有效21例,占46.67%;无效9例,占20.00%;总有效率80.00%。2组显效率、总有效率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾壮筋汤辨证论治肾虚腰痛临床疗效显著,不良反应小。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of BuShen ZhuangJinTang in treating lumbago of kidney deficiency. Method： Ninety patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group were given with BuShen ZhutmgJinTang, one dose each day. Control group received oral chlorzoxazone tablets, two pills each time, four times each day; ibuprofen tablets, 0.4g once, four times each day. Ten days were one session, clinical effects were observed after two sessions. Result： All 30 cases were more effective and reached 66.67%; 12 cases effective and 26.67%; three cases ineffective and 6.67%; total effective rate was 93.37%. Fifteen cases were more effective in control group and occupied 33.33%; 21 cases effective and 46.67%; nine cases ineffective and 20.00%; total effective rates was 80.00%. Comparisons between both groups showed statistical meaning in effectual rate and total effective rate （P〈0.05）. Comparison between both groups suggested statistical meaning in incidence of adverse reaction （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： BuShen ZhuangJinTang can obtain significant effects in treating lumbago of kidney deficiency with lower adverse reactions.
