摘要
以明确锂离子电池组一致性对使用寿命的影响为目标,详细分析了电池组一致性和使用寿命之间的关系,重点讨论了影响锂离子电池组一致性的因素,在此基础上提出提高锂离子电池组一致性的方案。结果表明:提高单体电池的一致性、科学的电池分选制度以及优异的电池管理系统是确保电池组一致性最重要、最有效的三种手段。
The effects of consistency on the cycle life of Li-ion battery pack are studied by the detailed analysis of their interrelationship, among which the influencing factors for consistency of Li-ion battery pack are especially discussed. Then the methods for improving the consistency of Li-ion battery pack are created consequently. Results show that the improved uniformity between cells, reasonable cell-sorting and excellent battery management system are mostly important for the consistency of Li-ion battery pack.
