摘要 采用膨体腈纶纤维、超细腈纶纤维、莫代尔纤维以及日本东洋纺的吸湿发热依克丝(EKS)纤维,和半空气层罗纹组织结构,开发出了一种轻薄透气保暖针织内衣面料,介绍了其染整工艺流程。纱线采用赛络纺纺纱工艺,可改善用纱的条干及毛羽;选用配伍性好的阳离子染料对面料中的腈纶纤维进行染色,控制染色温度98℃,并严格控制升温速度、降温速度以及排水温度等因素,可加工出具有特殊花灰效果的面料;检验结果表明,此面料具有良好的色牢度、布面尺寸稳定性、保暖性、透气性、抗菌性和抗起毛起球性。 This paper develops one kind of light-weight,air-permeable and warmth-retention underwear fabric by using acrylic bulk yarn,ultra-fine acrylic fiber,Modal Fiber and Japanese Toyobo produced moisture-absorbent and heat-emitting fiber EKS,and introduces its dyeing and finishing processes.The yarn is siro-spun,which can improve the yarn evenness and hairiness.The acrylic fiber in the fabric is dyed by the compatible cationic dye at the temperature of 98 ℃,in which process the temperature increasing speed,decreasing speed and water discharging temperature are strictly controlled in order to obtain a special surface effect.The inspection results show that the developed fabric bears good fastness,size stability,warmth-retention,air-permeability,anti-bacterial property and anti-pilling property.
