经编菱形网起绒抗静电面料的设计与生产

Design and production of anti-static warp knitted raised diamond net fabric

摘要 采用涤纶和防静电纤维(Clacarbo导电纱),在卡尔.迈耶经编机上编织以经平组织为主、菱形网组织为辅的经编菱形网起绒抗静电面料,介绍了其编织工艺、染整工艺及技术要点。为了使面料达到理想的抗静电效果,且又能有效降低成本,通过试验比较,选择Clacarbo导电纱含量为2.3%,导电纤维在织物中的间距为1.2 cm。对面料进行抗静电测试,结果表明:该面料具有优良的抗静电性能和良好的柔软舒适效果以及丰富的毛感,可广泛用于保健服、保暖内衣、工作服内里等。 This paper develops one kind of anti-static warp knitted raised diamond net tricot-based fabric by using polyester and antistatic fiber(Clacarbo-conductive fiber) on Karl Mayer Corporation manufactured warp knitting machine.It mainly introduces the knitting technology,dyeing and finishing technology and key technical points.In order to obtain better anti-static effect and reduce producing cost,the content of Clacarbo is determined at 2.3% and its interval in the fabric is set at 1.2 cm according to experimental study.The research results show that the developed fabric bears excellent anti-static property,soft hand and better woolliness,which can be widely used as health-care clothing,thermal underwear and linings of working wears.
