摘要
长期以来,人口数量问题一直是人口政策的重心。随着社会发展水平的提高和人口增长模式的转变,中国人口结构问题日益突出。目前,关于人口结构变化对经济社会发展的影响问题,已经形成了丰富的研究成果,同时也依然存在较大的观点分歧。正确评估人口结构变化带来的潜在风险,及时做出相应的政策调整,对于促进人口与经济社会长期协调发展极为重要。
The issue of quantity is a traditional key point in population studies for a long time. Following with the rising of so- cial development and transition of population growth model,the issue of demographic structure is increasingly important. Nowadays, there are fruitful researches about changing demographic structure＇s effects on economic and social development, but meantime there are also distinct differences of opinion among these achievements. Evaluating the underlying risks of changing demographic structure rationally, and then adjusting related policies timely,are essentially helpful to long-term and coordinating development between population and economy.
