摘要
相对ST、STC型号发电机,单轴承发电机具有性能好、电压调节性能好和输出电压稳定等优点,多用于配套柴油发电机等发电设备进行出口。通过分析单轴承发电机的工作原理和结构特点,设计了稳定负载的发电机检测试验台,从安装、硬件联结和数据处理等方面阐述了单承轴检测试验台,通过试验,试验台系统稳定,检测较为准确。
Compared to ST and STC series production,the output＇of single- bearing genertor is more steady, capable and adjustable. It is popular abroad because of good capability and quality, single -bearing genertor outfited in diesel genertor - set was expoted from factory. Base on work principle and strecture specialty of single - bearing genertor were analysed, Genertor test - bed was designed with stable load. Installation, hardware and data processing of test - bed were expatiated in the paper. After experiments, we can see, the test - bed is stable,convenience and controllable.
