摘要
制动器是机械传动中,特别是起重设备中的一个重要的安全装置。针对机械传动中零部件停止运动后可能发生逆转,以及因液压系统出现故障使液压制动器不能工作从而使机械系统无法继续工作的问题,对一种具有双功能作用的逆止液压制动器进行了理论研究,重点介绍了制动器的结构及其工作原理,指出它具有体积小、运行可靠、结构简单和易于操作等特点。
The brake is an important safety device in mechanical transmission, particularly in hoisting equipment. Aiming at the both problems that machinery parts and components may reverse after they stop working and the mechanical system can not carry on working because of the malfunction of hydraulic system which causes the hydraulic brake not to work, study a dual -function hydraulic brake with backspin theoretically, mainly introduces the structure and working principle of the brake,points out some advantages, such as small volume, reliable running, simple structure, easy operation and so on.
