摘要
应急预案模块是城市风暴潮灾害辅助决策系统中的一个重要组成部分,它在风暴潮灾害发生后提供迅速的应急预案支持。该模块根据专家建立的规则库经过推理评估出灾害的等级,并依据各部门的职责进一步演算出需要采取的行动以及需要分配的物资种类和数量,从而确定出一套行之有效的预案,保证良好的辅助决策效果。
The contingency plan module is an important component of the decision support system（DSS） for urban storm surges disaster.It provides rapid emergency support after the storm surge occurs.According to the rules library established by the experts,the module can estimate the level of the disaster through reasoning,and further figure out the actions to be taken according to the responsibilities of corresponding departments and the categories and quantities of the materials needed to be allocated,so as to determine a set of effective plan for ensuring good effect of the assisted decision-making.
