影响常规腰椎间盘切除术后临床效果的因素分析被引量：2

摘要目的探讨影响腰椎间盘切除术后效果的临床及影像学因素。方法常规开放性腰椎间盘切除术患者50例,分析其手术前、后Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(Oswestry disability index,ODI)、腰腿疼视觉模拟评分(visualanalogue scale,VAS)及临床、影像学资料。结果手术前患者腰痛VAS评分、放射痛VAS评分及ODI评分与术后临床效果呈正相关(P<0.05),ODI评分在性别、吸烟史、手术节段、腰椎不稳、Pfirrmann分型上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前腰痛VAS评分、放射痛VAS评分及ODI评分可作为评估术后临床效果的指标。
