甲状腺孤立性纤维性肿瘤1例临床组织病理分析

摘要 1临床资料患者，男，47岁，以“颈前肿块8个月，吞咽不畅15d”为主诉，于2009年11月5日入住本院。8个月前患者于体检时发现颈前肿块，当地医院未明确诊断，未采取任何治疗措施。15d前患者出现吞咽不畅症状，渐加重，遂至本院就诊。患者既往身体健康，否认有甲状腺疾病病史。
