摘要
介绍了SH93型燃油管道式烘丝机在实际应用中存在油耗的大的问题,主要原因有:料头控制无加水程序控制;预热温度设置不合理。通过增加料头加水控制程序及优化烘丝机预热温度设置的改进后,燃油消耗由原来的1.67L/100kg降低到1.43L/100kg,出口水分合格率由原来的96.77%提升到98.81%。
SH93 type fuel pipe drier in the practical application of the existing oil consumption big problem, main reason ： the head without water control program control; the preheating temperature setting is not reasonable. First, by adding water control program and optimization of dryer set improvement after preheating temperature, fuel consumption from the original 1.67L / 100kg reduced to 1.43L / 100kg, outlet water qualified rate from 96.77% to 98.81%.
