摘要
针对目前矿用防爆开关的现状,设计了将CAN总线技术和工业以太网技术应用于矿用防爆开关的控制系统。系统的实现提高了矿用防爆开关的保护和控制水平,简化了开关的布线,增强了其运行过程的抗干扰能力,实现了网络操作、监控和远程故障诊断能力。
Based on the current situation of mine explosion--proof switch, CAN bus technology and industrial Ethernet technology have been applied in mine explosion-proof switch. This system improves the level of protection and management of mining explosion-proof switch, simplifies the wiring in the switch, and enhances the antiisturbance capacity in operation process. Mine explosion-proof switch enable to operate by network, monitoring and remote fault diagnosis.
