摘要
对以水溶性酸性媒介染料为主的废水,用硫酸亚铁进行了脱色和去除CODCr的实验研究。结果表明,硫酸亚铁的投加量为0.8 g/L,用石灰乳控制混凝反应的pH在10以上,PAM的投加量为2.0 mg/L,搅拌沉淀90 min后,则色度和CODCr去除率分别达到92%和97%以上,出水水质达到了国家印染废水一级排放标准(GB4287-92)要求。
The coagulation decoloring and removal of CODCr from the dyeing wastewater by using the ferric sulfate was studyed in this paper.The result showed that the dose of ferric sulfate was 0.8 g/L,and the pH should be control 10 or more high by using lime,the dose of PAM was 2.0 mg/L,precipitation time was 90 min,then the rate of decoloring and removal of CODCr from the dyeing wastewater was 92 % and 97 % respectively.The effluent water quality reached the discharge standard(GB4287-92).
