纳米ZSM-5的合成

摘要 纳米ZSM-5的合成方法以水热体系和清液体系合成为主。文章总结了纳米ZSM-5合成的影响因素以及有关特殊结构的合成。低温老化,较高的碱度以及较高的模板剂用量,晶种的添加,适宜的硅铝源等都有助ZSM-5晶粒尺寸的降低。通过改变合成条件,添加表面活性剂以及矿化剂,合成出具有纳米片层以及纳米纤维等特殊形貌的纳米ZSM-5。 Nano ZSM-5 is mainly preparedfrom hydrothemal system and clear solution system.The influencing factors of the synthesis and the systhesis of its peculiar structure are reported.Aging at low temperature,using high alkalinity,template amount and proper Si-Al sources together with adding crystal seed all help reduce the size of ZSM-5 crystal grain.Nano ZSM-5 with special morphology such as nano sheet and nano fiber would be synthesized by changing synthetical conditions,adding surface active agent and mineralizing agent.
