丁二烯双螺杆压缩机的密封改进

摘要 机械密封泄漏是双螺杆压缩机运行过程中的主要故障之一,根据工艺介质的特点和相关理论,对双螺杆压缩机的机械密封结构和型式进行改进设计。利用现有辅助系统和保持现有机封基本结构,把具有"自清洁功能"的双列反向交叉槽型油膜非接触式机械密封应用到螺杆压缩机上,对其应用技术和性能进行了分析,解决了丁二烯螺杆压缩机轴封泄漏的问题。 Mechanical seal leakage is one of main faults during operation of Twin-screw Compressor. According to the characteristics and related theories of process medium, the mechanical seal structure and pattern of Twin-screw Compressor had improved design. Using the existing auxiliary system and keeping the existing sealing structure, the non-contact mechanical sealing of double reverse crossing-groove oil film has ' self-cleaning function' which was applied to the screw compressor. The analysis of its application technology and performance was carried out, the problem of butadiene gas twin-screw compressor shaft seal leakage had been solved.
