摘要
建立了栅板式换热器板内流体流动的二维物理模型,通过数值模拟和冲渣水试验,分析了回收余热的栅板式换热器的传热性能。模拟了板间距和入口流速对流动和流阻的影响;试验测试了栅板式换热器的压降,分析栅板式换热器传热和流阻特性,并拟合出其传热和压降准则关系式。
The two dimensional physical model of fluid flowing in the board of the grid plate heat exchanger was established . The heat transfer property of the grid plate heat exchanger recycling residual heat was analyzed through the numerical simulation and slag flushing water experiment. The influence of board spacing and entrance velocity on the heat transfer performance and flow resistance was simulated; the pressure drop of the grid plate heat exchanger was measured in the experiment. The heat trans fer performance and flow resistance property was analyzed. Finally the heat transfer and pressure drop correlation was built.
