摘要
以粉煤灰为原料制备聚硅酸铝铁(PSAF)絮凝剂,通过正交试验确定其制备优化条件为:n(聚硅酸)∶n(Al3+)=2∶1、n(聚硅酸)∶n(Fe3+)=2∶1.4、聚合液pH值4.3、熟化温度60℃。用最佳条件下制备的絮凝剂对含Cd2+实验废水进行处理,结果表明,当废水pH值为8.0、絮凝剂用量为20mL/L、吸附时间为90min时,Cd2+去除率达99.1%。
Polysilicate aluminum ferrite (PSAF) was prepared with fly ash as raw material and the optimal preparation conditions were determined by orthogonal tests. Results showed that the optimal preparation conditions were n(polysilicate) : n(A13+)=2 : 1, n(polysilicate) : n(Fe3+)=2 : 1.4, leachate pH value of 4.3, and processing temperature of 60℃. Cadmium-containing wastewater was treated with PSAF and the removal rate of Cd:+ was also determined. A removal rate of Cd2+ up to 99.1% was obtained when the pH value of wastewater, the dosage of PSAF and absorption time were 8, 20 mL/L and 90 min, respectively.
