摘要
采用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)改性膨润土制备有机膨润土/丁苯橡胶复合材料。系统研究了促进剂配方、硫化条件、填充量对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,该有机膨润土补强丁苯橡胶过程中较为合适的促进剂配方为DM 1.5份、D 0.5份,硫化条件150℃×15 min,填充量25份,填充后复合材料的力学性能明显增强。
The organobentonite modified by hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide was used to prepare organobentonite/SBR composites. This article systematically studied the influence that accelerator formula, curing condition and filling amount caused to mechanical properties of the composites.The results showed that during the process of reinforcing styrene butadiene rubber with organobentonite, the suitable accelerator formula was 1.5 portion of DM and 0.5 portion of D, the curing condition was 150℃×15min and the optimal filling amount was 25 portion, the mechanical properties of the composites increased obviously.
