低贫复杂难选蓝晶石矿的超纯化制备工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 魏鲁地区蓝晶石矿伴有石榴子石、磁铁矿、云母、石英等矿物,对弱磁-强磁除铁后的蓝晶石矿采用重选抛尾、中矿及精矿浮选的选别工艺进行研究。结果表明,通过1次粗选、4次精选的单一浮选工艺,可获得产率为11.61%,Al2O3品位为60.06%,回收率为37.71%的高纯蓝晶石精矿,达到了LJ-58国家标准,该流程为蓝晶石的超纯工业化提供了理论指导。 Kyanite of Weilu in Hebei province was associated with the utilizable minerals such as garnet, magnetite, mica and quart. The low and high intensity magnetic iron removal of kyanite ore by gravity after discarding tailings, middle and concentrate flotation beneficiation process were studied. The results showed that, through one roughing, four cleaning of the single flotation process, can obtain a yield of 11.61%, A1203 grade 60.06%, the recovery rate 37.71% with high purity kyanite concentrate, which reached the national standard of LJ-58 index and provided experimental evidence for the utilization of the kyanite for the future.
