摘要
以国家知识产权局中国专利数据库为数据源,检索、整合了1985-2011年我国竹产业领域相关专利文献,并利用PIAS专利信息分析系统,对竹产业专利文献的申请类型、申请量、申请人、IPC技术构成等内容进行了定量、定性分析。结果表明,浙江、广东、湖南、江苏等主要竹产区是竹产业专利申请的主体;我国竹产业经历了1989-1993年、1998-2006年二个发展阶段,2007-2010年,竹产业进入成熟期,发展缓慢,2011年开始,竹产业进入新一轮技术开发阶段;竹产业专利技术分散,个人、企业、大专院校、科研院所是竹产业专利主要申请者;竹产品的应用范围在不断扩大,由传统的食品、工艺品、家居用品逐渐向化工制药、竹集成材料等高技术领域发展。
Quantitative and qualitative analysis was carried out by PIAS on patent database of bamboo industry in the State Intellectual Property / Office of P.R.C from 1985 to January of 2012. The resuR demonstrated that most of applicants of the patents are from Zhejiang, Guangdong, Hunan and Jiangsu of China, where are the major bamboo production area. Bamboo industry development, experienced two stages of 1989-1993 and 1998-2006, had entered in a new stage from 2011. Major applicants are individual, enterprise, university and research institute. Analysis on patent technology indicated that bamboo has more products.
