桐花树幼苗生长与生物量分配对淹水胁迫的响应 被引量:7

摘要 在潮汐模拟实验室中,设置每半日2、4、6、8 h的淹水时间,每天2次,即模拟半日潮,研究淹水胁迫对桐花树(Aegiceras corniculatum)幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,淹水胁迫对除地径增量以外的桐花树生长及生物量指标影响显著,每半日潮水6 h,桐花树单株平均生物量、根茎叶各部分生物量、叶面积、叶片数量、茎伸长都达到最大值,随着淹水时间的延长,根生物量比重呈下降趋势,说明4~6 h是最佳淹水时间,与其他耐水湿植物相似,茎伸长和生物量分配转移是桐花树幼苗对淹水胁迫的一种主动适应机制。 Experiments were conducted in lab on effect of waterlogging stress on growth of Aegiceras corniculamm seedlings with a gradient of waterlogging time of 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours every days for 2 times. The result showed that growth and biomass were strongly influenced by waterlogging except ground diameter growth. The seedlings treated by 6 hours obtained the highest biomass, leaf area, leaf quantity and shoot elongation. But with the waterlogging duration, the proportion of root biomass decreased, indicating biomass movement from root to shoot. The experiment concluded that the optimal time for the growth of seedlings was 4-6 hours treatment. In conclusion, similarly as other flood-tolerant plants, shoot elongation and biomass allocation ofA. corniculatum seedling was positive for adaption under flooded condition
