摘要
目的探讨实施共情护理的恢复期精神分裂症患者对护理工作满意度的评价,为进一步改进精神科护理工作提供依据。方法 80例住院恢复期精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(40例)和对照组(40例),研究组实施共情护理,对照组实施普通护理,干预时间为4周,干预前后,采用杰弗逊共情量表和医院护理工作满意度调查表对护士共情能力与护理工作满意度进行测评比较。结果 1)研究组护士共情能力评分为(124.64±12.34)分,明显高于对照组(104.42±11.51)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.58,P<0.01);2)研究组护理工作满意度评分为(125.11±5.84)分,明显高于对照组(111.23±4.26),差异有统计学意义(t=3.45,P<0.01)。结论精神科护士实施共情护理能够提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of empathy nursing on nursing work satisfaction in schizophrenic patients,and provide the evidence for improving of nursing work.Methods 80 inpatients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to experimental group（40） and control group（40）.The control group patients were given general nursing,and the experimental group patients were given empathy nursing.The intervention lasted for 4 weeks.Before and after intervention,the empathy ability of nurses and nursing work satisfaction were assessed by Jefferson empathy scale and the hospital nursing work satisfaction questionnaire.Results 1） The score of the nurse empathy ability in study group was 124.64±12.34,which was obviously higher than control group（104.42±11.51）（t=7.58,P〈0.01）;2） The score of nursing work satisfaction was 125.11±5.84 in study group,which was obviously higher than control group（111.23±4.26）（t=3.45,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The nurse of department of psychiatry carrying out empathy nursing could improve nursing work satisfaction.
