摘要
在研发利用胡枝子屑为替代原料栽培黑木耳生产技术中,通过对不同替代料和不同配方的黑木耳菌丝生长速度、原基形成时间、采收时间、平均产量、生物学效率及子实体形态6个方面对比试验分析,筛选出了胡枝子屑栽培黑木耳最佳培养料配方。结果表明:胡枝子屑栽培黑木耳最佳培养料配方为胡枝子屑86.5%+麦麸10%+豆饼2%+石膏1%+石灰0.5%;胡枝子屑为原料配方生产的黑木耳产量显著大于杞柳配方(P<0.05),与杞柳屑配方相比,产量增加12.50%~13.75%。
In the use of Lespedeza chips as alternative raw materials for cultivating auricularia, the growth rate of black fungus mycelium, time of primordium formation, time of harvest, average yield, biological efficiency and fruiting morphology were compared and analyzed through the use of different alternative materials and different formulas. The best formula was screened for cultivating black edible fungus using Lespedeza chips. The results showed that: The best formula for cultivating black edible fungus was 86. 5% Lespedeza chips + 10% wheat bran +2% bean cakes + 1% gypsum + 0. 5% lime; The yield of black edible fungus when cultivated in formula with Lespedeza chips as raw materials was significantly higher than in formula with purple willow( P 〈 0.05 ), and it increased by 12. 50% -13.75 % if compared with the original purple willow chips.
