Overall evaluation and hierarchical analysis on equipment selection for underground metal mine

摘要 采矿设备选型是一个具有重大经济意义的复杂系统工程,涉及多种因素和目标。综合考虑技术、经济、安全和环保等因素,利用层次分析法建立了综合评判优选体系,实现了将各种定性与定量影响因素相统一,为矿山设备选型提供依据,并以地下铲运机的选型为例进行了应用分析。结果表明,设备的选型方法方便、合理,且选取的设备生产效率高、适应性强。 The selection of mining equipment is a complex and systematic engineering with great economic significance, which involves many factors and targets. Some factors such as technique, economy, safety and environ mental protection are taken into account and comprehensive evaluation and optimization system is established by use of the analytic hierarchy process, which realizes all sorts of qualitative and quantitative factors unified and provides the basis for the selection of mining equipment. The type selection of underground LHD is taken as an example for application and analysis. The result shows that the equipment selection method is convenient and reasonable, and the selected equipment is high efficiency and adaptable.
